Above is my process up until now for the illustration comic project. The top image is our 5 preliminary sketches that were made while I was absent from class sufFering from PNEUMONIA, but it still got done by the next class period. Rusty picked the first sketch I did, thinking it was funny and i agree because of my dry humor. The next image is of 2 preliminary sketches in ink of 2 variations of how the chosen piece could be delivered, and once again the first piece was chosen as the crowd favorite. The next image is a detailed ink drawing of the comic without the chalk outline subject (which will be scanned in later as a negative cutout to portray a realistic chalky feeling. The last image was done through my own misunderstanding of the project. I thought we had to show how we wanted it 2 look in color before we took it into photoshop, but none the less it didn't hurt to get it out on paper.
